Qualifications

• ERP software experience and accounting skills required.
• Payroll administration experience preferred.
• Proficient in core accounting processes within ERP systems.
• Familiar with creating and maintaining financial statements using reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with customers via email and phone.
• Help customers configure and run the core accounting package.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions during onboarding.
• Collaborate with the support team to assist customers.
• Provide ERP consultation based on accounting standards.
• Demonstrate ActivityHD products in marketing demos.
• Work with QA to test software functionality.
• Contribute to continuous product and process improvements.
