Job summary

Black Diamond Networks is seeking an ERP Sales Account Executive to drive new business in the ERP staffing space. The role requires 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP platforms and a proven ability to close deals with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP and related ERP systems.
• Experience with multiple ERP platforms (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite) is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
• Develop, maintain, and close new ERP staffing opportunities with clients.
• Nurture long-term relationships and manage client growth opportunities.
• Track opportunities and market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
• Collaborate with recruiters to fill open positions and negotiate pay rates.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets.

• Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile.

• Effectively negotiate pay rates.
  
• Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions.
