Job summary

Black Diamond Networks seeks an ERP Sales Account Executive in Lincoln, RI, onsite with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate. You will generate new business, qualify opportunities, and close ERP, SAP/JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, and ServiceNow deals.

This role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, ongoing sales training, career development, leadership paths, and a collaborative environment across our US locations.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
• Use interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities.
• Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients.
• Manage and track market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
• Resourcefully identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts.
• Determine and understand the business needs of the client and their candidate profile.
• Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
• Effectively negotiate pay rates.
• Partner with recruiters to fill open positions.
