Job description

Merit Professional Services is looking to hire a full-time Erosion control installation specialist for our DFW region. NOTE: This is not a remote position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment controls.
• Perform general labor tasks on a daily basis.
• Assist with loading materials onto crew truck/trailer daily.
• Work as a supportive member of a 3‑man crew.
• Other duties as requested by management.
• Always follow safety protocols.

Compensation

This position pays $17/hr and up based on experience.

• Detailed insurance plan documentation will be provided to you during your onboarding process.

• 40 hours of paid time off per year. PTO must be scheduled with your supervisor in advance.
