Job summary

Florida Silt Fencing is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead erosion control crews on outdoor construction sites. You will supervise a 3–4 person team, ensure proper installation of silt fences and related measures, and maintain professional relationships with customers.

The role requires driving capability with a clean MVR, ability to travel, and strong safety awareness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reliability in reporting and inspections are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in leadership roles.
• 2–4 years in construction or erosion control.
• Experience with safety practices and DOT regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 3–4 person crew on construction sites.
• Ensure proper installation and repair of erosion control measures (silt fence, erosion logs, etc.).
• Communicate with customers and maintain professional relationships.
• Keep all safety and DOT regulations in practice.
• Operate trenchers, trucks, and other equipment as needed.
• Handle job site inspections, reporting, and paperwork.
