Job summary

Florida Silt Fencing is seeking a Foreman to lead outdoor erosion-control crews on construction sites. You will manage a 3–4 person crew, ensure proper installation and repair of silt fences and related measures, and maintain professional relationships with customers.

We value hands-on leadership, safety, teamwork, and compliance with regulations. CDL is a plus, and some travel may be required for job sites across the region.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in leadership, 2–4 years in construction or erosion control
• Experience in leading outdoor crews on construction sites
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organizational skills for field teams
• Willingness to travel and manage job-site paperwork

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a 3–4 person crew on construction sites

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR; Class A CDL preferred
• Pass a drug screen and comply with workplace safety policies
• Experience: 1–3 years in leadership, 2–4 years in construction or erosion control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to operate equipment (trenchers, trucks, side‑by‑sides)
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working outdoors in various conditions
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage crews and job sites
• Effective communication in English; Spanish is a plus
• Excellent supervisory and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel with some overnight stays possible
