Job summary

Greenrise Technologies in Wilmington, NC is hiring a Crew Member-Driver for erosion control installations on residential and commercial sites. You will drive a company truck and perform physical tasks installing silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and related services under the Crew Leader's direction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills working as part of a team.
• Commitment to customer service and professional conduct.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit to work outdoors all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Go over the daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with installation materials.
• Drive company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers and homeowners.
• Complete erosion control work to a high standard of excellence.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles and equipment.
• Install erosion control products per crew direction.
• Communicate with operations managers and crew members.
• Achieve daily/weekly goals for erosion control installation output.
