Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Crew Member-Driver to perform erosion control installations on residential and commercial sites and to drive the work truck to sites. You will follow direction from the Crew Leader and use trucks, hand tools, and equipment daily.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills in a team setting.
• Commitment to customer service and professional representation.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit to work long days outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading and writing ability.
• High character, honesty and integrity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with installation materials.
• Drive company work truck to/from worksites and follow traffic laws.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers and homeowners.
• Complete erosion control work to a high standard.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles and equipment.
• Install erosion control products as directed by crew leader.
• Communicate with operations managers and crew members.
• Meet daily/weekly installation output goals.
• Ensure tools/equipment are maintained and inspected.
• Relay information and concerns through the proper chain.
