Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Crew Member-Driver for erosion control work. You will install silt fencing, inlet protections, slope matting, and related products on residential and commercial sites, and drive the company truck to worksites.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to follow directions, reliable attendance, physical fitness for long outdoor days, and willingness to work in varying weather. Training and advancement available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills when working as part of a team.
• Commitment to customer service and professional conduct.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit and able to work long days outdoors; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• High character, honesty and integrity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and improve performance.
• Experience with erosion control tools is preferred.
• Experience pulling a trailer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with installation materials.
• Drive company truck to and from worksites, following traffic laws.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers.
• Complete erosion control work to a high standard of quality.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
• Install erosion control products as directed by leadership.
• Communicate with operations managers and crew members.
• Meet daily and weekly silt fence installation goals.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Relay important information and concerns through proper channels.
