Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to advance the ERM program for protecting mission-critical operations in Dallas, TX. You will collaborate with business areas to identify, assess, monitor, and report organizational risk and advise the Bank’s Risk Management Committee.

The role emphasizes risk analytics, education, and governance, with onsite presence four days a week and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• Three years of relevant professional experience evaluating organizational risk, performing management testing or audit testing.
• Industry certifications a plus such as RM/ risk management certifications, CFE, CIA, CISA, CISSP, ERMCP, CERA or equivalent.
• Understanding of risk management concepts.
• Meeting and facilitation skills; ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the ongoing ERM process across the organization, identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting risks.
• Facilitate risk and fraud assessments and track progress of mitigation plans.
• Foster a culture of proactive risk management using the three lines of defense approach.
• Design and deliver educational training materials to enhance risk awareness.
• Assist in developing risk appetite and tolerances at enterprise and department levels; create KPI reporting mechanisms.
• Analyze risk themes and report to the Risk Management Committee.
• Apply latest technologies and data analytics to risk practices.
• Routinely participate in district and system-level enterprise risk projects and initiatives.
