Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to advance the enterprise risk program in support of mitigating risks to mission-critical operations. You will collaborate with business areas to identify, assess, monitor, and report on organizational risk at Dallas, TX.

The role serves in an advisory capacity to the Bank’s Risk Management Committee, promoting a three lines of defense approach and data-driven risk practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, audit or a related field.
• Three years of relevant professional experience evaluating organizational risk, performing management testing or audit testing.
• Certifications such as RM, CIA, CISA, CISSP or ERM related are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ongoing ERM processes including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on enterprise-wide risks.
• Facilitate risk and fraud assessments and track progress of mitigation plans.
• Promote risk awareness and three lines of defense governance across the Bank.
• Design and deliver training materials to enhance risk awareness.
• Help develop risk appetite and tolerances at enterprise and department levels; monitor KPIs.
