Zusammenfassung

Alpaca is seeking an ERM Program Manager to own execution of the enterprise risk management program. You will manage intake, risk registers, residual scoring, and board-ready reporting in close collaboration with the CISO/ERM Lead and a global ERM Working Group.

In this hands-on role, you’ll map risks to enterprise categories, define KRIs, and support quarterly risk updates. A regulated financial services background and strong writing are required.

Qualifikationen

• Mid-career (5–10 years) in operational risk, ERM, GRC, or compliance program management at a regulated financial institution.
• Experience building/maintaining risk registers from intake through reporting.

Aufgaben

• Own ERM execution: intake from functional risk leads, risk register hygiene, residual scoring with risk owners.
• Produce board-ready ERM materials and leadership reports.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Security, and Operations stakeholders.
