You will oversee RCSA, Controls Testing, GRC initiatives, third-party risk, policy framework, and technology risk while guiding a small team and driving continuous improvement. The role requires 10+ years of risk management experience and a related bachelor’s degree in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of risk management or related experience.
• Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise risk programs and governance processes.
• Oversee RCSA, testing, and reporting.
• Manage a small team (2-4) and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor risk trends and escalate issues as needed.
