Job summary

Coverys, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst in Boston to support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our ERM programs, including risk assessments, metrics, issues management, and vendor risk oversight.

You will collaborate across the organization, maintain control matrices, monitor risk against tolerances, and prepare materials for committees while building technical ERM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant ERM experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Vendor Risk Management program with risk-based reviews.
• Assist in risk control matrices, risk assessments, heat maps, and ERM documentation.
• Monitor risks against tolerance levels and compile enterprise metrics.
• Prepare Horizon scanning materials and ERM Committee documents.
• Support remediation tracking and ongoing ERM program development.
