Job summary

Coverys, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s ERM programs at a global level. The role involves risk identification, measurement, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting across risk areas.

The successful candidate will support vendor risk management, risk control matrices, heat maps, and enterprise-wide risk metrics, collaborating with partners across departments and levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business or finance required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk and operational risk management frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vendor Risk Management program with risk-based reviews.
• Assist in risk control matrices, risk profiles and related ERM documentation.
• Monitor risks against established tolerance levels.
• Compile and update enterprise-level risk metrics and global reporting.
• Create and report metrics for key risk and performance areas.
• Prepare documentation for ERM committees and horizon scanning.
• Support remediation progress tracking and timely resolution.
• Develop technical skills to stay current with ERM practices.
