Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in enterprise risk management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required; ServiceNow or similar GRC tools preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex risk concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and managing relationships with internal and external partners across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the enterprise/operational risk frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies and action plans
• Support the ERM Incident Management Program through risk event triage
• Utilize AI to enhance risk analytics
• Provide training and support on risk management approaches
• And other responsibilities as required
