Morgan Stanley's Fiduciary Consulting Group seeks an experienced Institutional Consultant at Executive Director level to guide corporate and municipal retirement plans. You will manage client relationships, review plan design, and provide strategic investment advice in a fast paced, client centric environment.

The role emphasizes ERISA compliance, asset allocation, governance, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• CFA charter holder or CFA candidate status preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in finance, asset management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan structures (401(k), 403(b), DB).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: manage institutional client portfolios and meetings.
• Provide retirement plan design guidance and strategic recommendations.
• Advise on benchmarking, asset allocation, fees, and fund menus.
• Analyze investment options and monitor portfolio performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and fiduciary oversight.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client goals.
