Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks an experienced ERISA class action attorney to drive the firm’s growing ERISA practice. You will shape strategy and take real ownership of cases, leveraging the firm's resources and national reach to handle complex matters.

You will build and litigate ERISA class actions, collaborating with a national team of employment and ERISA lawyers, and contribute to strategic growth of the ERISA practice across markets.

Qualifications

• ERISA class action litigation experience is required.
• Strong litigation fundamentals including motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• Collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to grow within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory to trial.
• Collaborate with employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.
