Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope seeks a Manager - Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, and Occupational Health to lead programs that reduce hazards and promote employee well-being across the organization. Reports to the VP, EHS with a hybrid work model in Dallas.

You will conduct ergonomic assessments, exposure monitoring, job hazard analyses, and risk evaluations, driving continuous safety improvements and regulatory compliance across sites. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in safety/health related field with industrial experience.
• 7+ years in ergonomics, industrial hygiene or occupational health in manufacturing.
• Experience with ergonomic evaluations, exposure assessments and risk reduction.
• OSHA compliance and Hazard Communication programs experience preferred.
• CIH/CPE/CSP or similar cert preferred; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and occupational health programs to reduce hazards.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments, exposure monitoring, and risk evaluations.
• Manage health surveillance, injury case management, and return-to-work programs.
• Ensure OSHA/HazCom compliance, training, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to drive safety improvements.
