Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics in the United States is seeking an Ergonimist to join our growing team of engineering and ergonomics professionals. Successful candidates will have 1–3 years of industrial ergonomics experience, a B.S. or M.S.

in a related field, and a willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites across the U.S. You will conduct ergonomic analyses, use NIOSH/HAL‑TLV tools, RULA/REBA, and digital human modeling, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in industrial ergonomics required.
• B.S./M.S. in a related discipline.
• Experience with ergonomic analysis tools and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic and physical demands analyses for various industries.
• Complete detailed technical reports for delivery to clients.
• Identify ergonomic risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform digital human model assessments using DHM software.
• Lead team activities on projects.
