Amazon Richmond VA is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety within the Warehouse Safety program. You will work closely with the Site WHS Manager and clinical staff to design ergonomic interventions and coaching that reduce injuries and improve movement techniques.

This role requires a Certified Athletic Trainer with First Aid/CPR/AED certification, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) or equivalent state certification.
• Valid First Aid, CPR and AED certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety at Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
• Design and implement targeted ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends.
• Develop and deliver ergonomic education and coaching to empower associates.
• Partner with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
• Translate injury data into actionable safety strategies and improvements.
• Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist site emergency response.
