Job summary

Premise Health seeks a Full Time Injury Prevention Specialist to care for employees at our Health Center in Greensboro, NC and Liberty, NC. The role follows a Monday–Friday day schedule (6:30am–4pm) to support health, safety, and productivity.

You will perform ergonomic assessments, lead training, and collaborate with site medical teams to implement prevention programs and maintain accurate health records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health/Fitness Industry and Occupational Health.
• Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred.
• Experience in ergonomics recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs.
• Provide client follow-up, care coordination, and performance recommendations based on movement and ergonomic principles.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and wellness initiatives.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record.
• Participate in meetings and task forces as deemed necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
