Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Injury Prevention Specialist to care for client employees at our Health Center in Georgetown, KY. The role features a Monday–Friday, 5:30pm–2:00am schedule designed for those who thrive in later hours.

The position emphasizes performing ergonomic assessments, leading movement training, and coordinating care with on-site medical and safety teams to promote wellness and safety across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on training in AHA/ARC or BLS.
• Current hands-on training in AHA or ARC First Aid is required.
• Experience in Health/Fitness Industry and Occupational Health and Safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement and injury prevention programs.
• Provide client follow-up, care coordination, and performance recommendations based on movement principles.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and wellness initiatives.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accuracy and privacy.
• Participate in meetings and task forces as deemed necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
