Job summary

Premise Health invites applications for an Injury Prevention Specialist to support client employee health at our Georgetown, KY Health Center. The role requires evaluating physical tasks, leading ergonomic training, and coordinating care with on-site medical teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in health/fitness, occupational health, OSHA knowledge, and a relevant degree. CPR/First Aid certifications are required. Full-time benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health/Fitness industry and occupational health.
• Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred.
• Experience in group exercise programming preferred.
• Ergonomics experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health Sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs.
• Provide client follow-up, care coordination, and performance recommendations based on movement and ergonomic principles.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and wellness initiatives.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Participate in meetings and task forces as deemed necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
