Job summary

Corporation Service Company in Wilmington, DE is seeking an eRecording Business Development Manager to drive new mortgage eRecording business with title companies, law firms, and financial institutions. You will operate in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, performing high-volume outreach and live demonstrations of the ePrepare platform.

The role requires strong inside sales instincts, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales environment preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate/title industry a plus.
• Strong prospecting and qualification skills.
• Ability to use Salesforce for CRM and account tracking.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients to sell CSC's eRecording solutions.
• Build relationships to understand client needs and drive opportunities.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and respond to warm leads.
• Deliver online demos of CSC's ePrepare Platform.
• Record opportunities and interactions in Salesforce and attend strategy meetings.
