PetVet Care Centers’ Carolina Veterinary Specialists – Charlotte is seeking a Veterinary Assistant for weekend daytime shifts in Charlotte, NC. You will support the Emergency department flow, perform triage, history taking, and assist in diagnostics and anesthesia during pre-, peri-, and post-procedure stages.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year veterinary assistant experience (2-5 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage Emergency department flow including triage and vitals.
• Assist in diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, and postoperative care.
• Record patient histories and client communications.
• Prepare medications and assist in procedures.
