HealthForce Healthcare is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Brockton, MA. The role requires night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with weekends/holidays as needed and guarantees 36 hours per week.

Eligible candidates hold MA RN licensure and must have BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC, plus 2+ years of ED experience and telemetry interpretation skills. Local travel may apply within 50 miles with a local rate adjustment.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum 2+ years of recent ED (Level 3/4) experience.
• Ability to read telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks; pass Telemetry Test on Day 1 (84%+).
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend/holiday coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the ER for adult and pediatric patients.
• Triage and rapidly assess patients; prioritize care and manage patient flow.
• Monitor patients; interpret telemetry rhythm strips; identify rhythm abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care team to develop care plans.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, infection control; participate in discharge planning and education.
