Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recent ED (Level 3/4) experience.
• Ability to read telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks; pass Telemetry Test on Day 1 (84%+).
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend/holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ER for adult and pediatric patients.
• Triage and rapidly assess patients; prioritize care and manage patient flow.
• Monitor patients; interpret telemetry rhythm strips; identify rhythm abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document care.
