Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. seeks an experienced RN for an on-site Emergency Department role. You will deliver direct patient care up to level 1 trauma within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while precepting new staff or students, fostering professional growth and evidence-based practice in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Certifications: PALS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC or ATCN, Trauma Nurse Core Course, Advanced Trauma Care, ACLS, and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ED up to level 1 trauma.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Precept new staff or students to promote clinical growth.
