Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in the State of Texas.
• 3–5 years in director or management/supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• CEN certification required.

Responsabilités

• Direct, manage and delegate individualized patient care for urgent, emergent or traumatic care.
• Promote and restore patients’ health through the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, families and friends; supervise assigned team members.
• Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
