Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the Emergency Department, including telemetry.
• Direct patient and family education while coordinating with nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the physician and document results.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with EMTALA and hospital policies.
