Qualifications

• Clerical or healthcare reception experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology; telemetry monitoring in acute care preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Basic Cardiac Rhythms course or passing test with 90%+ required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medical coverage for telemetry findings and patient treatment.
• Facilitate smooth ER patient flow with clear communication among staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Data collection and maintenance of accurate and complete unit forms.
