The role requires an Oregon RN license, academic preparation, and BLS certification at start. Crisis Intervention training and CMSRN/WCC credentials are preferred enhancements.

Qualifications

• Education required or preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Crisis Intervention Training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for Medical and Cardiac patients on A/B Unit (32 beds).
• Ensure patient safety with ceiling lifts and follow whole-person care approach.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and improve operations.
