Qualifications

• Completion of Technical School for Nursing Assistant, EMT, Phlebotomy, or Medical Assistant.
• CNA or EMT certification preferred.
• 0-1 years of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including splints, IVs, vital signs, and EKGs.
• Assist with patient transport between units and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized environment per infection control.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team; report changes.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support the care team.
• Adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
• Perform clerical tasks and assist with admin duties.
• Collaborate with ancillary services to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
