Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Able to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced ED environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of the RN and ED team.
• Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding care status.
• Assist with patient transfers and safe handling of patients.
• Identify and report safety hazards and medical errors.
• Support discharge planning and care coordination within the ED team.
• Perform identified clerical/administrative tasks as directed.
