Responsibilities

• : Assist with activities of daily living and nursing care, including vital signs, mobility, and bedside care.
• : Monitor vital signs and report changes to RNs.
• : Document patient information in electronic health records.
• : Apply infection control protocols and support safe patient care.
• : Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinicians to coordinate care.
• : Provide BLS assistance when needed in emergencies.
• : Support plan of care from admission to discharge.
