Job summary

Ally Medical is seeking an ER Tech in the Emergency Department to assist the RN and Physician with patient care and to perform delegated tasks within their scope of practice.

You'll take vitals, assist with IVs and blood draws, document care, monitor supplies, and support front office duties as needed. Two years ER tech experience and CPR/BLS certification are required; ACLS and PALS are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Two years of ER Technician experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification encouraged.
• PALS certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive care to patients under the direction of the RN or physician.
• Performs patient skills such as taking vitals, IV initiations, blood draws, and documentation.
• Assists with diagnostic testing and reports results to RN/Attending Physician.
• Supports assessments, examinations and treatment with the care team.
• Maintains stock and restocks supplies as needed.
• May assist with front office duties and data entry as required.
