Responsibilities

• Complete patient rounding and safety companion tasks as needed.
• Communicate changes to the nurse and document patient information accurately.
• Assist with lab draws, wound care, and routine unit duties under supervision.
• Promote quality and safety by improving care processes and patient flow.
