Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BCLS certification required.
• One of: B-EMT, formal Medical Assistant program, nursing education program, medical doctor education program, or 1 year ER tech experience (with 12-month certification requirement).
• 180-day orientation period must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care based on individual needs within the scope of practice.
• Support registered nurses and providers in delivering timely and effective emergency care.
• Ensure a safe and organized environment for patients and staff in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide compassionate and efficient patient care.
