Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, a campus of OhioHealth, seeks an experienced Staff RN for the Emergency Department. The nurse will provide general nursing care 24/7, assess and plan patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, and BSN preferred by year five. Night shift, full-time hours, and a strong commitment to high-reliability safety are expected.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments per policy.
• Document planned interventions and outcomes with the care team.
• Participate in process improvement and safety initiatives as part of a team.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
