Responsibilities

• Staff management and team support on assigned shifts.
• Provide real-time guidance to maintain efficient workflow and patient care.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to management as needed.
• Ensure staff remain productive and engaged, including downtime.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing staff development with leadership input.
• Participate in Shift Lead and Manager meetings to align goals.
• Oversee operations, checklists, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate medical records, billing, and invoices.
• Act as escalation point for conflicts between doctors, technicians and clients.
