Job summary

San Ramon Regional Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare Corporation, seeks a results-driven RN leader to coordinate staff and ensure high-quality patient care during weekend day shifts (.9 FTE). The role reports to the Nursing Assistant Director and requires leadership, clinical expertise, and strong collaboration with the staffing team.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, a California RN license, and valid BLS/ACLS credentials, with 3+ years in an acute care setting and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time RN experience in an acute care hospital.
• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role (Charge Nurse/Head Nurse) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift.
• Ensure patient care is appropriate to patients' age and developmental level.
• Collaborate with the staffing coordinator and Nursing Assistant Director to meet patient needs.
