Mount Carmel Health System in Grove City, OH is seeking a part-time Weekend Option RN for night shifts (7pm–7:30am) in the Emergency Department. This program supports teamwork and provides weekend incentive pay.

Eligible candidates typically have 2 years of acute care RN experience and must be licensed in Ohio. The RN will deliver safe, evidence-based patient care, communicate with the care team, and document thoroughly in alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Minimum 2 years acute care RN experience.
• Nurse Residency program for new grads may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the ED with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Assess and plan care for an assigned patient group with family collaboration.
• Communicate and document pertinent information to the care team promptly.
• Ensure timely and complete documentation of assessments and outcomes.
• Hold accountability for care delivered by other team members as appropriate.
