Job summary

Mount Carmel Grove City, part of Mount Carmel Health System and Trinity Health, is seeking a Weekend Option Registered Nurse for night shifts (7pm–7:30am) in the Emergency Department. This part-time role supports weekend coverage within the Weekend Option Program and includes weekend incentive pay per program guidelines.

Qualified candidates typically have at least 2 years of acute care RN experience and Ohio RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Casual RNs require 2 years acute care experience.
• New grads with <1 year may enroll in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement plans of care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Communicate with patients and families to update on care plans.
