Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for the North Valleys ER, extending services from Northern Nevada Medical Center. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced ED RNs and a 24/7 operation handling pediatric to geriatric patients.

You will deliver professional nursing care in the ED, coordinate with physicians, and prioritize patient flow while ensuring safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active NV RN license required.
• 2–3 years of emergency department experience preferred or.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments per policy.
• Utilize triage to ensure timely care and appropriate categorization.
