Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Akron General’s Bath Health and Wellness Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team. You will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans, and monitor patient conditions around the clock in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• Nurse must be licensed as an RN.
• BLS required, ACLS and PALS within one year of hire.
• Two years of recent nursing experience preferred; TNCC/ENPC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Coordinate care across disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate discharge needs.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and education.
