TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN is seeking a PRN ER RN to join our high‑volume emergency department. You will coordinate and deliver patient‑centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, applying established nursing models to support outstanding clinical outcomes.

The role requires 5 years of ER RN experience and active RN licensure with a Diploma, BSN, or AD. Certifications include ACLS, BCLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• 5 years ER RN experience required.
• ACLS within 60 days of employment start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of employment start date.
• RN license with Diploma, Bachelor's or Associate Degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient pain; document care in medical records.
• Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by physicians; provide timely care.
• Teach patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps; promote self-management.
