Qualifications

• 1+ years ER RN experience required.
• ACLS within 1 year of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months.
• PALS within 1 year.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) completed.
• (RN) Registered Nurse licensure.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assess pain regularly and manage pain effectively.
• Perform procedures and document care in medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions and treatment plans.
• Explain follow-up steps and lifestyle changes to support recovery.
