Job summary

TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN, seeks an Emergency Room Nurse PRN to join our fast-paced team, coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

The RN will provide individualized care, educate patients and families, and advocate for patients while aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years ER RN experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, TN-specific certifications may be required within stated timeframes.
• Active RN license in good standing required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management and reassessments after interventions.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as ordered by the provider; document care in the medical record.
