Qualifications

• RN licensure required; BLS valid.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, and spiritual domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, therapies and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and communication.
• Document patient information and care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care within the nursing team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
